PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our Preventative Maintenance program is the key to maintaining your equipment operation at maximum efficiency, reducing the risk of costly repairs or premature failure. Most equipment problems could be detected early through basic, yearly service inspections. This agreement covers twelve months and provides you with two or more comprehensive “clean and check” visits.

At Craig's Appliance Heating & Cooling we realize that with today’s hectic schedule, remembering to schedule your yearly maintenance is often difficult. One of the major benefits to having a service agreement is letting us do the scheduling for you. We perform the inspection when the seasons change to ensure your units are properly shut down or started for the appropriate season.

Our procedure is to contact you when it is time to schedule your specific maintenance inspection. Our maintenance agreements include the following:

		One 21-point inspection and cleaning of your furnace and air conditioner
		Measure refrigerant pressures
		Inspect heat exchangers for cracks and corrosions
		Testing and adjusting, lubrication, and coil cleaning
		Filter replacement, or cleaning
